Terms and conditions

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms apply to all requests and bookings of VIP packages via exprncs.nl, where you request a package for a specific match. This is a translation of the Dutch terms, which prevail.

1. Definitions

  1. 1.1
XPRNCS: the user of these terms, a trade name of Blanchimont B.V., established in Son en Breugel, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 70507082, operator of exprncs.nl and xprncs.com.
  2. 1.2
Customer: any natural or legal person who submits a request, receives an offer or enters into an agreement via the website.
  3. 1.3
Supplier: any third party (such as a club, ticket partner or hospitality provider) that supplies the tickets or packages offered via the website. The supplier may also be known to the customer as the "organiser".
  4. 1.4
Package: a ticket, with or without hospitality, catering, parking or other services, for a specific match.
  5. 1.5
Request: the customer's request, submitted via the website, for one or more packages for a specific match.
  6. 1.6
Confirmation: the written confirmation from XPRNCS by which the agreement is concluded.
  7. 1.7
In writing: by letter, e-mail or a comparable electronic means.

2. Applicability

  1. 2.1
These terms apply to every use of the website and to every request, offer and agreement between the customer and XPRNCS.
  2. 2.2
The customer's own general terms and conditions are expressly rejected.
  3. 2.3
Deviations apply only if expressly agreed in writing.
  4. 2.4
If any provision is void or annulled, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The parties will replace that provision with one that comes as close as possible to its original purpose.

3. Offers and requests

  1. 3.1
All packages on the website are non-binding and subject to availability. Prices are per person in euros unless stated otherwise.
  2. 3.2
Prices from suppliers charging in another currency (such as British pounds) are converted into euros. The euro price shown on the website is the price the customer pays; exchange-rate differences after confirmation are not charged to the customer.
  3. 3.3
Descriptions of sections, rows, stands, catering and facilities are based on information from the supplier. Where "or similar" is stated, the supplier may provide an equivalent seat or facility.
  4. 3.4
Match dates and kick-off times may be changed by competitions, associations or broadcasters. A changed date or time does not entitle the customer to free cancellation, unless the match is cancelled.
  5. 3.5
A request is always linked to a specific match and a specific package. A request is not an order and does not bind either the customer or XPRNCS.
  6. 3.6
XPRNCS may refuse a request without giving reasons.

4. Conclusion of the agreement

  1. 4.1
After a request, XPRNCS checks availability with the supplier and sends the customer a proposal with price and conditions.
  2. 4.2
The agreement is concluded as soon as XPRNCS has confirmed the customer's acceptance in writing.
  3. 4.3
For every request, XPRNCS internally records which package was requested, from which supplier and under which supplier reference. Together with the confirmation, these records serve as proof of the content of the agreement.
  4. 4.4
At the customer's request, XPRNCS will disclose which supplier provides the package.

5. Role of XPRNCS and the supplier

  1. 5.1
XPRNCS acts as an intermediary between the customer and the supplier, unless the confirmation expressly states otherwise. The package itself is performed by the supplier.
  2. 5.2
The supplier is responsible for delivering the tickets, access to the stadium and the provision of hospitality.
  3. 5.3
XPRNCS will assist the customer if problems arise with a supplier and will hold the supplier to account.

6. Payment

  1. 6.1
Payment is made as stated in the confirmation or on the invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, the customer pays the full amount in advance.
  2. 6.2
The supplier is not required to deliver tickets until the full amount has been paid.
  3. 6.3
If the customer does not pay on time, XPRNCS may terminate the agreement after a written reminder. Costs already incurred are then borne by the customer.

7. Delivery of tickets

  1. 7.1
Tickets are delivered by or on behalf of the supplier as e-tickets, via an app or on paper. XPRNCS informs the customer by e-mail about the time and method of delivery.
  2. 7.2
Many clubs and suppliers release tickets only shortly before the match. If the customer has not received the tickets 24 to 48 hours before the match, they should contact XPRNCS.
  3. 7.3
XPRNCS is not liable if the customer has provided an incorrect e-mail address or other incorrect details.
  4. 7.4
Tickets are sometimes issued in the visitor's name. The customer ensures that visitors' names are provided correctly and on time.

8. Cancellation

  1. 8.1
An agreement is final. Tickets for events on a specific date are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal (Article 6:230p(e) of the Dutch Civil Code). Cancellation by the customer is therefore only possible if the supplier allows it; any costs are then borne by the customer.
  2. 8.2
XPRNCS may cancel the agreement in whole or in part for compelling reasons, such as cancellation of the match or security measures by the organiser, police or authorities that make access impossible.
  3. 8.3
If the match is definitively cancelled, the customer is entitled to a refund of the price paid, unless the cause lies with the customer (for example a stadium ban). If the match is postponed, the package in principle remains valid for the new date.
  4. 8.4
Refunds are made within fourteen days after XPRNCS has received the amount from the supplier.
  5. 8.5
Costs for travel, hotels or other services arranged by the customer are never reimbursed.

9. House rules, dress code and conduct

  1. 9.1
The customer ensures that all visitors comply with the house rules, dress code and (supporter) rules of the stadium and the supplier.
  2. 9.2
Visitors in a home section or home hospitality area may not wear clothing or display colours of the visiting club. In case of violation, access may be refused without a right to a refund.
  3. 9.3
Reselling tickets is not permitted if the club or supplier prohibits it.

10. Liability

  1. 10.1
The liability of XPRNCS is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the package concerned, except in the event of intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of XPRNCS.
  2. 10.2
XPRNCS is not liable for indirect damage, such as lost travel or hotel costs or consequential loss.
  3. 10.3
XPRNCS is not liable for failures by the supplier, the club or the stadium, for changes to match dates or for force majeure. XPRNCS will, however, help the customer to recover damages from the supplier.
  4. 10.4
XPRNCS is not liable for temporary unavailability of the website or for obvious errors in prices and descriptions; the customer cannot derive any rights from such errors.
  5. 10.5
The customer indemnifies XPRNCS against third-party claims resulting from the conduct of the customer or their visitors.

11. Intellectual property

All rights to the website, its design, texts and images belong to XPRNCS or its licensors. Copying is not permitted without written permission. Club logos and brand names are the property of the respective clubs and competitions.

12. Complaints

  1. 12.1
Complaints can be submitted via the contact page, preferably within seven days after the match.
  2. 12.2
XPRNCS responds within five working days with a substantive reply or an acknowledgement of receipt and a deadline for a substantive reply.

13. Privacy

XPRNCS processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy. The data required for delivery is shared with the supplier of the chosen package.

14. Governing law and disputes

  1. 14.1
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
  2. 14.2
The parties will first try to resolve any dispute together.
  3. 14.3
Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Oost-Brabant, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law designates another court for consumers.
  4. 14.4
This is a translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Dutch version prevails.
