   First and last name, company name and, where applicable, gender.

3. Why and on what legal basis

   Handling your request and performing the agreement (performance of a contract): contacting you, checking availability, booking the package and arranging delivery of the tickets.

   Recording what you requested (legitimate interest and evidence): for every request we store internally which package you chose, from which supplier and under which reference, so that what was agreed can always be demonstrated.

   Payments and administration (legal obligation): invoices and the statutory tax retention obligation.

   Newsletter and offers (consent): only if you have signed up; you can unsubscribe at any time.

   Improving and securing the website (legitimate interest): using anonymised statistics.

4. Sharing with suppliers and other parties

   We never sell your data. We only share it where necessary to perform the agreement or because of a legal obligation.

   For delivery, we pass the necessary data (such as visitor names and contact details) to the supplier of the chosen package, for example the club or a hospitality or ticket partner. Some suppliers are based in the United Kingdom, which is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. For suppliers outside the EEA we use the statutory safeguards.

   On request, we will tell you which supplier provides your package and which data we have shared.

   For hosting, storage and e-mail we work with processors with whom we have a data processing agreement. They may not use your data for their own purposes.

   You may access, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, object and have your data transferred.

   Send your request to info@blanchimont.nl. We respond within four weeks. We may ask you to verify your identity; do not send a copy of your passport unless we ask for it.

   You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
